Krems an der Donau Regional Court. Mr. Daniel Jöchl, the sole proprietor of the company Blax Design is the person responsible within the meaning of the GDPR. In casu, no data protection officer is required in accordance with Art. 35 GDPR.

The relevant data protection declaration applies to all processing processes carried out by the company Blax Design - Daniel Jöchl e.U using personal data. Personal data refers to Art. 4 GDPR. Personal data is processed due to the work process, this can include, among other things, email address or name of a person. Furthermore, data is used for invoicing upon completion of a project. This data protection declaration is relevant for all online presences (such as the company's website), as well as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or email correspondence.

In short, the following data is processed:

The legal basis is the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act of 2000, and the Data Protection Adaptation Act of 2018. The mentioned legal bases serve the protection of personal data. The company Blax Design - Daniel Jöchl processes all data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions (DSG 2018, GDPR, and TKG 2003).

Due to a possible business relationship, customer data is stored. This includes: billing data, contact details, contract data, or data for the preparation of an offer. With regard to invoicing, we are obliged to comply with the legal provisions of the Federal Tax Code, shortened to BAO, as well as other tax calculations such as income and expenditure calculators (small business owners). Therefore, we need this customer data to comply with the legal requirements. All customer data will be deleted after the business relationship has ended. Billing data will be deleted within 7 years in accordance with the legal retention periods.
